KJA Submission Requirements
The award is open to Year 2 students attending one of the five Scottish Schools of Architecture. Work should meet the aims of the KJA and SEDA: to promote the design of communities, environments, projects, systems, services, materials and products which enhance the quality of life and are not harmful to living species and planetary ecology.
Submissions should be well considered design with a coherent and well explained ecological approach to key issues as well as the established architectural principles of firmness, commodity and delight.
